Xiaomi has introduced an updated version of its popular budget gaming monitor — Redmi G27U (2026). The main feature of the novelty is the support for Dual Mode technology, which allows the user to choose between high resolution and increased screen refresh rate.

Key Features

The monitor is based on a 27” Fast IPS panel and offers two main usage scenarios:

  • Quality mode: 4K resolution (3840 x 2160) at a refresh rate of 160Hz. Perfect for story-driven games and content creation.
  • Speed mode: FHD resolution (1920 x 1080) at a refresh rate of 320Hz — ideal for esports disciplines where maximum smoothness is important, and graphics can be sacrificed.

Technical Details

The declared response time is 1 ms (GtG), which minimizes blurring in dynamic scenes. The Redmi G27U (2026) also supports 10-bit color depth and DisplayHDR 400 certification.

The updated stand with height and tilt adjustment ensures maximum comfort when using the monitor, and the modern HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 2.1 ports provide full potential for a high refresh rate.

Price and Availability

Currently, the novelty is available in China at a very attractive price — $220 (converted from yuan), making it one of the most interesting monitors on the market with 4K/160Hz support and mode switching technology.

Official sales in China start on April 17, with information about a global release expected later.
