Xiaomi Unveils Affordable Redmi Book Pro 2026: High-Performance Laptops with Stunning Displays and Long Battery Life

Xiaomi has launched a new line of laptops called Redmi Book Pro 2026. The new models are positioned as powerful computers, offering advanced hardware and decent autonomy at a fairly affordable price.

The lineup includes two models — 14” and 16”. The displays support a frequency of 120 Hz. The Redmi Book 14 has a resolution of 2880 x 1800 pixels and a brightness of up to 500 nits, while the 16” laptop has 2560 x 1600 pixels and up to 400 nits.

The new laptops from Xiaomi use Intel Core Ultra 5 125H chips, equipped with LPDDR5X (7467 MT/s) RAM and an expandable SSD. This configuration ensures high performance, suitable for virtually any task, though, of course, you shouldn't expect the figures of top-notch laptops.

The cooling system with two fans and a thermal power package of up to 60W will protect the laptop from overheating and allow the processor’s full potential to be unleashed.

The battery capacity is 80Wh, and the package includes a 100W GaN USB-C power adapter.

Both laptops have the same rich port set: two USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 standards, a 3.5 mm jack, an HDMI output, and two USB-C ports: one 3.2 Gen 2, the other Thunderbolt 4.

Price and Availability

The Redmi Book 14 2026 and Redmi Book 16 2026 are currently available only in China. There is no information on a global launch yet, but it's unlikely to be a long wait.
