Diablo IV: Lord of Hatred Expansion Unveils Epic Return of Mephisto and New Classes!

On April 28, Diablo IV will receive its second expansion, Lord of Hatred, which will add a huge amount of new content.

Blizzard has already released numerous materials about the add-on, and today the studio, which has been renowned for incredible CGI clips for over 20 years, presented an impressive introductory scene for Lord of Hatred.

What is Known

The main event in the new expansion will be the return of the Lord of Hatred, Mephisto, who has left behind the guise of a wolf and turned into a gigantic demon in an attempt to conquer all of Sanctuary.

However, in the clip, the focus is not on Mephisto, but on the confrontation between Neyrelle and Akarat. The girl is well-known to everyone who completed the main storyline of Diablo IV, and at some point, she came under Mephisto's influence, but now she makes great efforts to break free from the power of Akarat, who is an incredibly powerful prophet.

Let us recall, Diablo IV: Lord of Hatred will feature a new storyline set in the unexplored region of Skovos, which was once the home of Lilith and Inarius, and is now under the control of the oracle queen and the amazon queen. But the main additions are two classes: the Paladin returns, and the Warlock will appear, who recently made his series debut in the Diablo II: Resurrected expansion.
