The legendary Japanese brand Casio regularly offers watch fans stylish and modern models, such as the recently unveiled rainbow Casio GMW-BZ5000RC-1, created with the help of artificial intelligence. But today the company decided to please retro lovers and started selling the Vintage A159WE-1 model.

What is known

The appearance of the novelty refers to the iconic models of the late 80s with their minimalist design and monochrome screen, but now in a warmer shade than classic watches.

The Casio Vintage case is made of plastic with a silver coating, and the bracelet, which automatically adjusts to the wrist size (150–205 mm) — is made of stainless steel with an adjustable clasp.

The watch features a digital display with support for 12/24-hour format, an alarm, an hourly signal, and an accuracy of ±30 seconds per month. The screen is protected by a polymer glass with splash protection, and the bright LED backlight allows you to easily see the numbers even in complete darkness.

Casio did not forget the stopwatch with a measurement up to 59:59.99, split time and result recording modes, and also an automatic calendar.

The CR2016 battery ensures the correct operation of Casio Vintage for 7 years.

The watch is already available on European Casio websites at a price of €50.
