Xiaomi's next fitness tracker, the Smart Band 10 Pro, is shaping up to be a meaningful upgrade — and for the first time, it adds NFC for contactless payments, something the standard Band 10 never offered. Leaked renders from German tipster Roland Quandt, published by WinFuture, confirm key specs alongside high-quality images of the device in both white and black. A China launch is expected in May, with a global rollout estimated for June to August.

The specs

The Band 10 Pro gets a 1.74-inch AMOLED display running at 60Hz with improved peak brightness over its predecessor. Health tracking covers heart rate, SpO2, and stress monitoring, with Xiaomi citing new AI algorithms for each — though the company hasn't quantified how much better these are compared to the Band 9 Pro.

NFC support is the headline differentiator from the standard Band 10. It enables contactless payments and contact sharing with a tap, which matters in the US and UK where tap-to-pay is now a daily habit for many shoppers. Dual-band GPS is also on board, meaning the Band 10 Pro can track runs and workouts accurately without needing a phone nearby.

Battery life lands at up to 14 days in standard use and up to 20 days with Always-On Display turned off. Water resistance is rated at 5 ATM (50 meters), and the tracker connects via Bluetooth 5.4.

The ceramic angle

Beyond the standard aluminum build, a white ceramic variant is also expected — per Gadgets & Wearables, regulatory filings under model number M2552B1 suggest the launch is close. The ceramic version will weigh over 50 grams, more than double the sub-40-gram standard model. That's a trade-off worth knowing upfront: the Band 9 Pro weighed around 24.5 grams, so the ceramic Band 10 Pro would feel substantially heavier on the wrist.

Color options include black, white, silver, orange, and pink alongside the ceramic edition.

Price and availability

Quandt confirmed no official pricing yet. Based on the Band 9 Pro's retail history and a typical 30–40% Pro premium, estimates put the aluminum Band 10 Pro around $85–100, with the ceramic version likely higher. That positions it well below the Apple Watch SE and Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 while offering GPS and NFC — features usually reserved for much pricier wearables.
