Nintendo Switch (OLED) Introduced: Upgraded 7-inch OLED Game Console for $350

Nintendo today officially unveiled the updated Switch (OLED) game console, which has received several useful improvements.

What is the difference?

As the name suggests, the console features a 7-inch OLED display with thinner bezels. In addition, a network port for a wired connection appeared in the docking station, the amount of internal memory increased from 32 to 64 GB, and the sound was also improved.

The new Nintendo Switch also features a built-in kickstand that helps you tilt the screen to a comfortable angle. But the battery life remains the same - from 4.5 to 9 hours, depending on the game mode.

Previously, there were rumors about an updated processor with increased performance. However, there is no information about the new processor yet.

Price

Nintendo Switch (OLED) goes on sale in the US and Europe on October 8. Its will cost $349.99. There are two colors to choose from: white, and red and blue.

Thus, now there are 3 models in the range of Nintendo: the regular Nintendo Switch for $300, the 5.5-inch Nintendo Switch Lite for $200 and the new Nintendo Switch (OLED) for $350.
