Ugreen 200W Power Bank 25000mAh: built-in cables, TFT display, and a shot at Anker
Ugreen's 200W Power Bank 25000mAh is now available in the US after a successful European run, and it's going straight after Anker with a promotional price of $89.99–$109.99 against a $139.99 MSRP. At its cheapest launch price, it costs $30 less than the Anker 165W 25K model ($119.99) while offering more raw wattage. If you regularly charge a laptop away from a desk, this is worth a look.
The hardware
The headline spec is 200W total output split across two USB-C ports — each capable of 100W simultaneously. That means two laptops charging at full speed at the same time, which the Anker 165W cap doesn't match, per Notebookcheck. The 25,000mAh capacity is enough to top up a mid-sized laptop roughly one and a half times, or a smartphone four to five times depending on the model. The bank itself recharges from a 100W adapter in about 2.2 hours.
The built-in retractable USB-C cable (68cm) is the most practical detail here. A second 35cm cable ships in the box, along with a USB-C and USB-A port on the body. Ugreen says the retractable mechanism is rated for tens of thousands of cycles. It also supports 90W Xiaomi fast charging alongside standard Power Delivery — PD 3.1 support adds some future-proofing for next-gen devices.
The display and the trade-off
The TFT smart display shows real-time wattage, voltage, current, remaining capacity, and charge health per port. That's more information than the LED indicators on most rivals and more useful than the basic LCD screens on cheaper Anker models.
The trade-off is weight: 631g puts this firmly in the backpack category, not a jacket pocket. The Gadgeteer describes it as "making 200W feel routine" — a fair summary for anyone who's wrestled with a power bank that can't charge a laptop while it's actually running.
Where to buy
The Ugreen 200W Power Bank 25000mAh is available now on us.ugreen.com and Best Buy. The promotional pricing window ($89.99–$109.99) won't last indefinitely, so the value case is strongest right now. No confirmed UK pricing or availability has been announced yet.
