iQOO Pad6 Pro is the first Android tablet to run games in native 4K
iQOO has launched the Pad6 Pro in China, marking the first Android tablet capable of running mobile games at native 4K resolution. The device supports 13 titles at full 4K, pairs that display with a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, and scores 4.44 million points on AnTuTu. For anyone comparing specs, that puts it ahead of the iPad Pro M4 on paper — though whether it ever reaches Western shelves is a different question entirely.
The screen and specs
The 13.2-inch LCD panel runs at 3840 × 2160 with a 144Hz refresh rate, 1200 nits peak brightness, and Dolby Vision support. For fast-paced games, iQOO pushed the touch sampling rate to 540Hz, which should eliminate any perceptible input lag. The tablet manages 144 fps in 4K in optimised titles, and open-world games run at 2.7K resolution at 120 fps.
Keeping all that performance in check is a 71,446 mm² vapour-chamber cooling system — the largest iQOO has ever built into a device. RAM options top out at 16GB, storage at 512GB. An eight-speaker array handles audio, and cameras are minimal by design: 13MP rear, 8MP front.
The 13,000mAh battery supports fast charging, though the exact wattage is disputed between sources — the figure sits somewhere between 66W and 90W. The chassis is metal, available in grey, silver, and mint.

China only — for now
The Pad6 Pro went on sale in China on May 20, 2026, starting at around $630 for the 8GB/256GB model, rising to roughly $985 for the 16GB/512GB top configuration. It's technically a rebranded Vivo Pad6 Pro, which launched in China earlier this year with identical hardware, per GSMArena.
The global outlook is uncertain. Vivo — iQOO's parent company — pulled out of Western markets in 2023, and Notebookcheck confirms no international availability has been announced. No UK retailer or US carrier partnership is in place. If the tablet does appear outside China, import would be the only route — with no local warranty or official support to fall back on.
For most buyers in the US or UK, the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra and iPad Pro 13-inch remain the realistic premium alternatives with full local availability and after-sales support.
