Xiaomi has officially confirmed that it is preparing its new Mi Pad 5 tablet for the announcement.

The novelty will be shown at the presentation on August 10. That is, together with the flagship smartphone Xiaomi Mi MIX 4, a new line of OLED TVs and a smart speaker.

Recall, according to the leaks, the device will hit the market in three versions: Mi Pad 5, Mi Pad 5 Pro and Mi Pad 5 Lite. All three tablets will receive 2K-displays at 10.95 "with IPS LCD-matrices and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The capacity of the built-in battery will be 8720 mAh. The base model and Pro version will support 67W charging, while the Lite version will support 33W charging. Also, the new products are expected with Snapdragon 860/870 chips, 5G support, various cameras with a design in the style of Xiaomi Mi 11, stereo speakers, MIUI for Pad firmware based on Android 11, as well as support for a stylus and a keyboard cover, like the iPad Pro.
