Acer brings eight monitors to IFA 2026, from a $329 gaming screen to a $1,299 5K pro display
Acer used IFA 2026 to announce eight monitors spanning entry gaming to professional creative work, with prices running from $329 to $1,299. The headline model, the Predator XB253Q U1, becomes the first monitor in the world to reach 1000Hz at a native Full HD (1080p) resolution — a milestone competitors like ASUS and MSI haven't hit, as they top out at 360–500Hz at this resolution. Availability and pricing land in Q1 2027 at $1,099.
The lineup
The Nitro XV275U Z2 is the most accessible newcomer: a 27-inch QHD (2560×1440) IPS panel at 275Hz, rated at 500 nits with 97% DCI-P3 color coverage, priced at $329 for Q4 2026. That undercuts comparable 27-inch 1440p gaming monitors from ASUS and MSI by roughly $100–150. A step up, the Predator XB273K V7 adds 4K resolution and Dynamic Frequency and Resolution (DFR) — Acer's tri-mode tech that lets the panel switch between resolutions and refresh rates on the fly — for $449, also in Q4 2026.
Predator X32 V3 — 31.5-inch QD-OLED with Penta Tandem panel, 180Hz, $899.
The Predator X32 V3 is Acer's most ambitious gaming panel: a 31.5-inch QD-OLED using a new five-layer Penta Tandem stack, hitting 180Hz with a 0.03ms response time and VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400 certification. It costs $899 and ships Q1 2027.
Predator XB273K V7 — 27-inch 4K IPS with DFR, switching up to 500Hz at FHD, $449.
On the creative side, the ProDesigner PE270X P is a 27-inch 5K Mini LED display with a 2,304-zone backlight, Delta E below 1, DisplayHDR 1400 certification, and 90W USB-C power delivery. It comes in at $1,299 in Q1 2027 — a significant step up over the BenQ PD2700U ($999, 4K) but targeting studios that need the extra resolution headroom. The Nitro XV275X P covers similar ground at 5K with Mini LED and DFR, at $1,199.

The Nitro XZ340CKR P rounds out the creative tier: a curved 34-inch ultrawide at 5120×2160 (WUHD), running 180Hz with DFR support down to 360Hz at WFHD. Pricing is listed at $1,199 for Q4 2026.

Also on show is the Predator XB273U F6, which was first shown at CES 2026 — a 27-inch panel capable of 1000Hz at 720p (500Hz native at 1440p), priced at around $799.

What to pick, and when
Entry models — the XV275U Z2 and XB273K V7 — ship Q4 2026, so they'll be on shelves before the end of the year. The premium stack (X32 V3, XV275X P, PE270X P, XB253Q U1) follows in Q1 2027. EMEA pricing is confirmed at EUR 899–1,099 for the flagship gaming models, per Acer's official press release; expect UK sterling prices to land roughly 20% above the euro base.
