OPPO A16s: budget smartphone with NFC, MediaTek Helio G35 processor and 5000 mAh battery for €150

In last month OPPO introduced the smartphone A16, and now without too much hype announced its improved version - OPPO A16s.

What has changed?

 In fact, this is not new model, but a small upgrade OPPO A16. The main difference between the new items - is the presence of NFC module for contactless payment for purchases.

The rest of the specifications are the same : you get a MediaTek Helio G35 processor, 6,52-inch display with HD+ resolution and a high-capacity battery at 5000 mAh. The smartphone runs ColorOS 11.1 powered by Android 11.

The front camera here is 8-megapixel, and the primary camera includes a 13-megapixel main sensor and two additional 2 MP - for macro and monochrome shots.

There is also a fingerprint scanner on the side, a 3.5 mm headphone jack and  USB-C port.

Price

OPPO A16s is already available in Netherlands in colors Pearl Blue and Crystal Black. For version with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB ROM they ask €149.
