Not just a Book Slim notebook: Realme may also unveil a mouse and a USB hub on August 18
On August 18, Realme will hold a presentation at where it will unveil its first Realme Book (Slim) laptop. But it looks like it won't debut alone
What else?
One Realme employee posted an image on social media that hints at the brand's other new products. First up is a USB hub, which will likely get USB-A, USB-C and possibly HDMI ports. Realme recently confirmed that the laptop will have one of the USB-C ports will be Thunderbolt 4 and the other is USB-C 3.2 Gen 2. And since it will be charging via USB-C, without a hub the number of available ports can be a problem.
Also shown in the photo is a yellow Realme mouse with silver scroll wheel. Unfortunately no details about mouse and hub yet. But we can assume that they will also be unveiled on August 18.
Recall, according to rumors, there will be two versions of the notebook coming to market: the Realme Book and Realme Book Slim. The first will get 14-inch IPS display with FHD resolution and Intel Core i3/i5 chips paired with RAM up to 16GB, while the second will boast 14-inch screen with 2K resolution and 300 nits brightness, thin body with weight of 1.3kg, Harman Kardon stereo speakers, Intel Core i5 chip, Xe Graphics, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD drive and a 54Wh battery with 65W fast charging.
