OnePlus developers have rolled out another update for OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro smartphones. The system has been released with build number OxygenOS 11.0.8.8 and quite a few changes.

What's added

TWS support for OnePlus Buds Pro headphones has been added to the firmware. Recall that they will start selling in Europe on August 25. In addition, the smartphone got the function of creating screenshots during the enabled mode Always-On Display and the function Bitmoji AOD, developed together with Snapchat. It allows you to create your own interactive avatars and add them to the locked screen. The avatar will change throughout the day, depending on activities and what's going on around it. Naturally, the developers have still fixed bugs in the software, improved the system's performance, and added an August security patch.

When to wait for

The system is distributed in waves as usual. If you don't have an OTA yet, the firmware can be downloaded via Oxygen Updater.
