Samsung Galaxy A03s: 6.5-inch display, side scanner, 5000mAh battery and MediaTek Helio P35 chip for $155

Samsung showed off its new budget A-series smartphone in India today.

The device was named Galaxy A03s and it is the successor of last year's Galaxy A02s. The new device got the same look, but different hardware. The device is equipped with 6.5-inch Infinity-V display with HD + resolution and the processor MediaTek Helio P35. The chip is paired with 3/4GB RAM and 32/128GB ROM. The built-in storage can be expanded with microSD up to 1TB if desired.

As for the cameras, the Galaxy A03s has four of them: a single 5 MP front and a triple main with 13 MP + 2 MP sensors (depth sensor) + 2 MP (macro).

The novelty is powered by a 5000 mAh battery. It charges through the USB-C port. The smartphone also has a lateral fingerprint scanner and a headphone jack. The device runs out of the box on Android 11 operating system with One UI 3.1 Core shell.

Price and when to expect

Samsung Galaxy A03s has already started selling in India with a price tag of $155. When the device will appear in other regions - no information.
