Insider: Galaxy Tab S8 tablets will get 45W charging support and will be powered by Snapdragon 898 processor
Chinese insider Ice Universe continues to share details about Samsung's new Galaxy Tab S8 range of tablets.

According to the insider, Galaxy Tab S8, Galaxy Tab S8+ (SM-X806x) and Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra (SM-X906x) will not get the proprietary Exynos 2200 processor. Instead, all three novelties will be equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 898 chips. Incidentally, the SoC will be built on a 4-nanometer processor Samsung. In addition, novelties will boast of fast charging at 45 watts (10V 4.5A).
Recall, the regular Galaxy Tab S8 is credited with 11-inch display with 120Hz refresh rate, 13 MP + 5 MP primary camera, 8-megapixel front camera, side-mounted fingerprint scanner, 8GB RAM, 128/256GB ROM, four speakers, S Pen stylus and 8000 mAh battery.
As for the Galaxy Tab S8+, it should get a 12.4-inch screen with 120Hz, a sub-screen fingerprint scanner, a 10090 mAh battery and other specs like the younger model. The Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra, on the other hand, will boast a 14.6-inch OLED screen at 120Hz, 8 or 12GB RAM, 128 or 512GB ROM and a 11500 mAh battery. Rumor has it that the tablet will have a screen to body ratio of 92%. The thickness of the frames will be about 5.5 mm. Such a gadget will cost around $1,300 to $1,500.
When to expectWe shouldn't wait for the announcement of the tablets this year. If everything goes according to plan Samsung will unveil the new items in January 2022.
