iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro have audio issues: Apple knows about it and will fix your smartphone for free
Apple has launched a new service program for owners of last year's iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro smartphone models.
What's not
right? The company says that "a small percentage of" gadgets have a problem with the speaker: during a phone call, no sound comes out of it.
" Apple has determined that a very small percentage of iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro devices may have audio problems due to a defective component of the speaker module. The affected devices were manufactured between October 2020 and April 2021. If your iPhone 12 or iPhone 12 Pro does not make a sound when you make or receive calls, it may be subject to service", - the company said in a message.
Users should make an appointment in advance for service at an Apple retail store or contact Apple Support. All repair services will be provided to them free of charge.
By the way, iPhone 12 mini or iPhone 12 Pro Max is not affected - they do not have any problems.
