With Exynos 2100 and Snapdragon 888 chips: Samsung to release Galaxy S21 FE in two versions
We have already written more than once that Samsung is preparing the Galaxy S21 FE smartphone for release. It was assumed that the novelty will run only on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chip, but it seems that this is not the case.
What's known
Our colleagues at SamMobile spotted the device in the database performance test GeekBench. The novelty comes through with the model number SM-G990E. What is interesting, the smartphone does not run on a Qualcomm processor, but on the SoC Exynos 2100. Consequently, the novelty is to be expected in two versions. Which one will reach us - is not known yet. We can only assume that it will be a model with a proprietary chip.
As for other specs, the smartphone is attributed 6.4-inch AMOLED-display with picture refresh rate of 120 Hz, built-in 5G-modem, battery at 4500 mAh with 45-watt charging, 32-megapixel front camera and the main triple. If the latest leaksare to be believed, the Galaxy S21 FE will be unveiled a week before the iPhone 13 is announced.
