Samsung developers have rolled out a new system update for the Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 4 Classic smartwatches.

What's known

The firmware has been released with build number R8**XXU1BUH9 and weighs 305MB. The official list of changes states that the watch only received improved system stability, but according to the Tizen Help portal, this is not the case. After the update, Samsung Health has been added to the watch's settings. In addition, the developers still installed a button to quickly disable the automatic workout detection feature, as well as the ability to control the volume through the quick settings panel.

When to expect

The firmware has already been released in the US, Europe and the UK. All watch owners will receive the OTA in the coming days.
