Three multi-manufacturer processors, 120Hz displays and advanced cameras: Vivo X70, X70 Pro and X70 Pro+ specifications revealed
Next week, September 9, Vivo will unveil its new Vivo X70, X70 Pro and X70 Pro+ smartphones. A lot is already known about them and as it is, but a fresh leak reveals almost all the details about the new products.
What is known
At the head of is the senior model Vivo X70 Pro+. It will get a 6,78-inch Samsung E5 AMOLED display with QHD+ resolution (3200×1440 pixels), 120Hz sweep rate and HDR10+ support. There's a round cutout for the 32-megapixel front camera, and a fingerprint scanner is built into the display. Inside, there's a top-of-the-line Snapdragon 888+ processor with 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage, and also a 4500 mAh battery with 55W fast charging and 50W fast wireless charging. All this hides in a body measuring 64.54×75.21×8.89 mm and weighing 209 g.

The Vivo X70 and X70 Pro should have the same displays - 6,56-inch AMOLED with FullHD+ resolution (2376×1080 pixels), 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support and under-screen fingerprint scanner. Both will get the same 32 MP front cameras, 265GB UFS 3.1 storage and 8GB or 12GB RAM, fast charging with up to 44W and Android 11 with the new Vivo Origin OS 1.0 instead of Funtouch.
And now for the differences. the X70 Pro is credited with a 4450 mAh battery, Exynos 1080 processor and quad camera (50 MP Samsung GN1 sensor with OIS + 12 MP "shirk" + 12 MP portrait camera + 8 MP periscope). Body dimensions are 158.30×73.21×7.99 mm, weight - 185 g.
The base X70 features a 4400 mAh battery, either an Exynos 1080 or MediaTek Dimensity 1200 processor and triple main camera, which includes a 48 Sony IMX776 sensor with optical stabilization, a 12 MP "shirik" and a 12 MP portrait camera. The body dimensions are 160.10×75.39×7.55 mm, weight 181 g.
Thus, the Vivo X70 family may include three processors from different manufacturers. You can also probably count on ZEISS optics and own image processor V1.
