Pranksy, a well-known NFT collector, was able to make $1.22 million in a few hours on the resale of a zombie punk from the CryptoPunks collection.

User purchased CryptoPunk (CryptoPunk #6275) on September 4 for 1000 Ethereum coins, i.e. for about $3.9 million at the moment of transaction. Such a high value is due to its unique characteristics. This is one of the 88 zombie punks that are part of the CryptoPunks collection.

However, on the same day, Pranksy decided to get rid of the newly purchased non-interchangeable token as its price jumped to 1,320 Ethereum or $5.12 million. The collector got rid of NFT eight hours after the purchase.

That said, Pranksy could have sold the token earlier for much more. A couple of hours after the purchase, the collector was offered to resell NFT for $1,600 Ethereum or $6.27 million, but he declined. Note that CryptoPunk #6275 is in the top 10 most expensive NFT collection. First place goes to CryptoPunk #3100 worth $7.58 million (4,200 ETH).
