OPPO Watch 2 ECG - Snapdragon Wear 4100, eSIM, AMOLED screen, SpO2, NFC and ECG function for $385

OPPO introduced the Watch 2 smart watch in mid-summer 2021. A few months later, it decided to update the wearable gadget by adding an important feature.

What's new?

The new product is called OPPO Watch 2 ECG, and you may have already guessed what the difference is from the regular model. Yes, in the ability to take electrocardiograms. Because of this, the cost of the wearable gadget has increased slightly.

The original smartwatch features an AMOLED display and is available in two versions: 42 mm and 46 mm. The resolution is 430 x 372 dots and 476 x 402 dots respectively. The novelty, on the other hand, will only be available in a 46mm variant. Its arsenal includes a heart rate sensor, a SpO2 sensor to detect blood oxygen saturation levels, NFC and Bluetooth.

OPPO Watch 2 ECG runs the processor Snapdragon Wear 4100. The RAM is 1GB. and the built-in memory is 8GB. The 510mAh battery provides up to 16 days of operation without recharging in gentle use mode.

The watch can track 100 activities, monitor the duration and quality of sleep, has 5ATM water protection and supports eSIM. The software shell is the ColorOS for Watch operating system.

Pricing

The original model goes on sale from $200. But for that money, only the 42mm version without eSIM support is offered. At the same time, the 46mm variant with eSIM is priced at $310. The manufacturer's recommended price for the OPPO Watch 2 ECG was $385.
