Samsung smartphones started rebooting for no reason
Usually we write about software problems in Xiaomi smartphones that arise after the firmware update MIUI. But this time the trouble occurred to owners of Samsung models.
What happened?
Some popular Galaxy M and Galaxy A series smartphones began to spontaneously reboot. The problem is observed in the following models:
- Galaxy M30s
- Galaxy M31
- Galaxy M31s
- Galaxy A50
- Galaxy A50s
- Galaxy A51
The malfunction has been observed for two months, but so far the South Korean company has not made any official statement about it. It is not possible to solve the problem by resetting to factory settings.
All the six smartphones mentioned above are based on Exynos 9610 and Exynos 9611 single-chip systems. If the problem is hardware-based and can't be solved with a software update, users will have to replace the motherboard. The cost of such service is approx. €100.
