The presentation of the iPhone 13 lineup has passed, so it's time to talk about Samsung's future flagships - 2022 lineup. Renowned insider OnLeaks has published renders of the Galaxy S22+ model, which should be "the golden mean" in the family.

What was shown

What's interesting is that according to insider, he got the renders as Samsung Galaxy S22 Pro and not  as Galaxy S22+. Of course, it's too early to talk about renaming the model yet, but it's possible that the Galaxy S22 lineup will give us a change. And in the meantime we have quality renders and 360-degree video of the future novelty.

So, judging by images, we shouldn't expect drastic changes in design. The Galaxy S22+ will inherit the look of the Galaxy S21+ with familiar design of the main camera and round hole in screen for the front. You can also discern the familiar set of buttons and ports, including the volume and power button on the right side, as well as the Type-C port and the SIM card tray below. There is no connector for wired headphones, according to tradition.

Dimensions of the smartphone are 157.4×75.8×7.6 mm (9.1 mm including rear camera protrusion).

According to early leaks, the Samsung Galaxy S22 lineup will get Snapdragon 898/895 or Exynos 2200 processors, depending on  region, displays with 120Hz refresh rate, batteries up to 5000 mAh with 65W fast charging support. Official announcement expected in early 2022.
