Sharp Aquos Sense 6 - Snapdragon 690, Android 11, NFC, IP68 and 120Hz OLED display

The Japanese company introduced the smartphone Aquos Sense 6 with water protection, contactless payment support and Qualcomm processor.

The novelty has Snapdragon 690 chip, made on 8-nm technology. The single-crystal system has Cortex-A55 and Cortex-A77 cores, and they are accompanied by a graphics accelerator Adreno 619L. The chipset is complemented by 4GB or 6GB of RAM, depending on the modification. The storage has a capacity of 64GB or 128GB.

The Sharp Aquos Sense 6 features a 48 MP + 8 MP + 8 MP primary camera with 2x optical zoom. The front-facing camera is based on an 8MP sensor. It is located in a teardrop-shaped notch. The display in the smartphone is based on an OLED matrix of FHD+ format. The organic LED panel supports 120Hz and has a diagonal of 6.1".

The capacity of the built-in battery was 4570 mAh. The novelty got USB-C, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, headphone output and a fingerprint scanner built into the display. The body has overall dimensions of 152 x 70 x 7.9 mm and weighs 156 g. There is IP65/68 water protection.

The Japanese company has not disclosed the price of the Sharp Aquos Sense 6. Sales are scheduled to start in October. The novelty will be available on the market with Android 11 operating system in blue, yellow, silver and black colors.
