As popular as the Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy S8: Sales of the foldable Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Z Flip 3 have reached 1 million

In August, Samsung introduced its new foldable smartphones Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3. They went on sale just over a month ago at and have already shown good results.

As early as this weekend, the smartphones are expected to cross the mark of 1 million units sold, and that's only in South Korea. That's an impressive pace, comparable to the pace of the Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy S8 series. And after all they are considered one of the most popular and quickly reached 1 million sales in Korea.

That said, of the two models, the Galaxy Z Flip 3 has become the most popular, with sales double that of the Galaxy Z Fold 3. And not surprisingly, as "the clamshell" has a nicer price tag.

Recall, also the duo surpassed the Galaxy S21 and Note 20 series by the number of pre-orders in Korea. A total of 920,000 pre-orders were counted, with 270,000 activated on the first day it became possible, marking a new record for Galaxy devices.
