Xiaomi was one of the first began sending out MIUI 12.5 based on the Android 12 operating system. The manufacturer immediately statedthat users will encounter a lot of problems, and did not lie.

What is known

The global version of MIUI 12.5 based on Android 12 for Xiaomi Mi 11, Mi 11i and Mi 11 Pro is numbered v12.5.1.0 (SKBMIXM, SKKMIXM and SKAMIXM respectively). All three smartphones are equipped with Snapdragon 888 processor.

Flagships fail after installing the update, and users cannot solve the problem on their own. To bring the smartphones back to life, you will have to go to a service center. Note that the malfunction should not affect a large number of users, as the stable beta version is sent out so far only as part of the Mi Pilot program.

Recall, Android 12 with MIUI 12.5 is also available for Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro, Redmi K40 Pro and Redmi K40 Pro+ models. Their owners have not reported any issues yet.
