Vivo will unveil the iQOO Z5x smartphone with a MediaTek Dimensity 900 processor on board and a 50 MP camera on October 20

Vivo, after several days of rumors and leaks, has announced the launch date of its new low-cost smartphone branded iQOO.

What is known

We are talking about the model iQOO Z5x. According to the official invitation, the novelty will be shown at a presentation in China on October 20. That is next Wednesday.

If we believe the leaks,  iQOO Z5x will be equipped with a screen of 6.58 inches with a hole for the front camera at 8 MP. Also, the device should get a main module with multiple sensors and a main sensor at 50 MP. Under the hood of the device, a fresh MediaTek Dimensity 900 processor will be installed. The chip will be paired with an embedded 5G modem, along with 6/8GB RAM and 128/256GB ROM. The novelty is still credited with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and Android 11 operating system out of the box.
