Announced Samsung W22 - Galaxy Z Fold 3 in a new colour and €475 more expensive

Samsung introduced in China a local version of the bendable smartphone Galaxy Z Fold 3. The novelty is called Samsung W22.

The smartphone is almost the same as the Galaxy Z Fold 3. First, there is a new coloring - black body and gold hinges. It was called Phantom Black. At the bottom of the back there is the inscription "Heart of the World". It is also found on the box and case. Secondly, the Samsung W22 is available in a modification with 16GB of RAM and 256GB of storage capacity, while the original Galaxy Z Fold 3 offers users 4GB less RAM.

The rest of the specifications have remained the same. The novelty features a Snapdragon 888 processor, a 12MP + 12MP + 12MP triple main camera, a 10MP front-facing camera, has IPX8 water protection and supports the S Pen stylus. The smartphone gets two screens - a main and an additional 7.6" and 6.2" diagonal. Both support 120Hz refresh rate.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 starts at €1,799 in Europe. The Samsung W22 in China is priced at ¥16,999 (€2,275). The novelty works without Google services.
