Consumer Intelligence Research Partners (CIRP) researchers have published a fresh report on user loyalty of smartphone manufacturers in the USA.

Who in

 leaders

No one and  doubted that the strongest positions are held by Apple. The study showed that more than 90% of iPhone users remain loyal to brand, which means that they buy as a new smartphone models of the same company .

By comparison, Samsung has this figure - less than 70%. The CIRP explains this by the fact that Apple  is the only company that produces iOS devices. In turn, Android users can choose devices from other manufacturers while retaining their familiar platform and favorite features.

The data also showed that Apple accounted for 43% of all smartphone sales in the U.S. for the past three years. Second place went to Samsung with 31%. Meanwhile,   "bronze" has LG with 9%. Given the absence of Chinese brands in the ranking, this is not surprising. Although this is sure to change soon, as the South Korean company has recently withdrawn from the smartphone market.
