Huawei plans to expand its portfolio of devices with a new gadget.

What is known

According to a Chinese source, the manufacturer is working on an e-book. The novelty comes with the model number HMW-1L10. The device is attributed a new generation E-Ink screen. It is rumored that it will be as close as possible to the perception of paper and at the same time will be comfortable for the eyes.

Out of the box the "reader" should run the proprietary operating system Harmony OS. Consequently, it will be able to interact with other Huawei gadgets.

When the e-book will be introduced and what it will be called - is unknown. Rumor has it that it could be Matt, Petal Mail, Petal Lily or Mate Paper. Those are the trademarks that the company has recently registered in China.
