Xiaomi Smart Door Lock 1S: smart door lock with fingerprint scanner, NFC and Apple Home Kit support

Xiaomi announced in China a new device for the home - a smart door lock Smart Door Lock 1S.

What is known

Unlike the usual model Smart Door Lock, the new version can work via MiJia application and Apple Home Kit. In addition, the device has been equipped with a fingerprint scanner , which has a special security algorithm. It, according to the manufacturer, is used in the banking industry. Also Xiaomi Smart Door Lock 1S has received support for NFC. Thanks to this, the lock can be opened using smartphones or the Xiaomi Mi Band 6 NFC smart bracelet. The device also has a panel for entering the unlock code. All the "stuffing" of the lock is located in the back. The gadget is protected from electromagnetic interference. 

Xiaomi Smart Door Lock 1S is already available for pre-order in China. The novelty is being asked for $200 USD.
