Source: OPPO Find X4 will support 125-watt fast charging

New details about OPPO's next flagship smartphone have surfaced online.

What is known

So, according to Chinese insider Digital Chat Station, OPPO Find X4 will support fast charging with 125 W of power. We are most likely talking about a proprietary technology that was announced back in 2020. Such a charger is capable of charging a 4000mAh battery in just 20 minutes. The power supply supports USB-PD at 65W and USB-PPS at 125W. In addition, it is backwards compatible with devices that previously came with the 65W SuperVOOC standard. 

Recall, Digital Chat Station previously told, that OPPO Find X4 will also get an organic LED panel with 3216×1440p resolution, 6.7 inches diagonal and adaptive refresh rate up to 120 Hz. Apart from that, the smartphone is also credited with Qualcomm's new flagship processor and a main camera with three or four modules. The main sensor should get a Sony IMX766 1/1.5" optical sensor, 50 MP resolution and f/1.8 aperture. No other details about the novelty are yet available.

When to expect

Expect OPPO Find X4 in the near future is not worth it. The device is scheduled to be released only in the first half of 2022.
