Dutch publication Galaxy Club has shared new details about the Galaxy S22 line of smartphones.

What was told

This time journalists got information about the front cameras of the devices. So, if the leak is to be believed, Galaxy S22 and its big brother Galaxy S22+ will get 10-megapixel sensors. The same resolution sensor is found in the Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S20. Apart from that, the same camera was even in the Galaxy S10, which came out in 2019. Therefore, we should not expect improved selfies quality, unless it will be tightened programmatically.

Galaxy S22 Ultra, in turn, should get a 40 MP front camera. That is the same as the Galaxy S21 Ultra and Galaxy S20 Ultra. As for the main cameras, the base unit is credited with an updated 50megapixel sensor and a new telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom support. The top of the line model will get an improved 108 MP camera with the same 12 MP wide-angle lens, but new Sony TVs: 10 MP at 3x and 10 MP at 10x.
