Huawei Leqi: smart electric scooter with HarmonyOS support and gyroscope for $390

The Huawei Leqi electric scooter went on sale  " smart "inChina on site VMall.

What's so special?

Why is the vehicle smart? Because it has Bluetooth module and supports HarmonyOS operating system. Simply put - approaching the scooter with a smartphone or other connected device - it automatically unlocks. When doing so, you must be at a distance of no more than 0.5 m.

Another feature of the model is the presence of a gyroscope. It detects the position of the scooter and makes rides safer. For example, if the vehicle is tilted more than 45° or the tire is off the ground, you  can't increase your speed. Also, the intelligent system adjusts the speed on ascents and descents.

Huawei Leqi features a brushless motor with maximum power output of 630W, 9-inch tubeless wheels that are protected from punctures and provide good cushioning, and a built-in three-component lithium battery for 10.4Ah. With unique energy recovery technology, through which the scooter intelligently recovers electrical energy when the user presses the brake or travels down a slope, the range is up to 40 km.

The scooter is also waterproof and dustproof IPX7.

How much?

Huawei Leqi retail price in China is $390, but  initial sales price tag is reduced to $375.
