OPPO Find X2 and OPPO Find X2 Pro received a beta version of ColorOS 12 based on Android 12
OPPO, unexpectedly, has launched testing of the fresh Android 12 operating system on last year's flagship smartphones.
What is known
We are talking about OPPO Find X2 and OPPO Find X2 Pro. Test firmware for the devices has been released so far only in India and Indonesia. A little later, such software should appear in other regions. As for the stable version of the system, it is expected to be released late this year or early next year.
Recall that the main innovation of the firmware is the proprietary ColorOS 12 shell. It features new user interface, updated application shortcuts, improved dual window mode, function to interact with computers on Windows, Quantum Animation Engine 3.0, which is responsible for smoother animations and AI Self-Smooth Engine 2.0 technology. It reduces power consumption and uses memory more economically.
By the way, the ColorOS 12 shell will be available in 55 smartphone models of the company. A full list of devices can be found at.
