Warhammer 40,000: Battlesector will be released for Xbox and Play Station

Developers Black Lab Games along with publisher Slitherine have announced that they will release the turn-based strategy Warhammer 40,000 Battlesector on Xbox and Play Station platforms. At the same time, small DLC with new units will be released with it. Console versions will support an achievement system. The control system and user interface have been redesigned for the new platforms.

Developers are preparing a portion of new content Battlesector, including additional factions, maps and modes. two first sets will be released on consoles and PC on December 2:

  • Blood Angels Elite will add a couple of elite units to the game for blood angels - Assault Terminator and Sanguinary Guard.
  • Along with  Tyranid Elites Broodlord and Hive Guard will join the ranks of Tyranids.

There will also be a new faction at the beginning of 2022 - more details about that and more will be revealed at a special event on December 14.

Platform list Warhammer 40,000: Battlesector will expand on December 2. At the same time, the game will become part of the Xbox Game Pass catalog (for consoles and PC). Recall that the release of Battlesector on PC took place in July 2021.
