Activision Blizzard has once again found itself at the center of a scandal. After another story of sexual harassment by CEO Bobby Kotick, employees are demanding that the CEO be fired.

A new investigation by The Wall Street Journal reveals that Kotick has been accused of harassment and inappropriate treatment of women on several occasions. In particular, 2006, he threatened to harm one of Activision's female employees. In addition, Kotick was aware of inappropriate behavior by various company department heads, but tried to resolve the issues out of court, ignoring official complaints.

After the publication of the investigation on the WSJ website, Activision Blizzard employees went on strike. Near the company's office 150 employees staged a strike. Even more employees supported the initiative online.

Note that the proceedings began in the summer of this year, which left the company without a number of sponsors, and several executives left the corporation. At the same time Kotick himself decided to take a pay cut to $62,000 a year, pending the outcome of the proceedings.

Regarding the latest publication in The Wall Street Journal, Activision Blizzard management stated that the new material is misleading everyone, and Bobby Kotick has responded to all complaints and introduced many positive changes to the corporation.
