CryptoVerses Sells Bible Verse as NFT for $ 8,400
The Israeli company CryptoVerses has decided to transfer the Bible to the NFT format. Moreover, she was already able to sell the first verse in the form of a non-fungible token.
Yonathan Bendahan, one of the founders of CryptoVerses, calls the transfer of the Bible into a new format another round of evolution. The company declares that NFT buyers will not acquire ownership of the content. As an example, Jonathan Bendahan cites a medallion with Bible verses - the client owns the medallion, but not the verses.
CryptoVerses has already sold the 35th verse of the 29th chapter of Genesis. It describes the birth of Judas. The cost of the NFT was 2.02 ETH, or approximately $ 8,400. The name of the buyer was not disclosed. More poetry available at the OpenSea site.
