Officially: OPPO Reno 7 smartphones will be the first in the world to receive a front-facing camera with a Sony IMX709 sensor
OPPO continues to tease the features of the new Reno 7 line of smartphones on the Weibo social network.

The manufacturer has published a poster according to which the series devices will be the first smartphones on the market to receive a front camera with a new Sony IMX709 sensor. It is called "cat's eye". It will have a resolution of 32 MP and will boast proprietary RGBW image technology. In such a bundle, the camera will take pictures with 60% improved photosensitivity and reduced noise by 30%.
As a reminder, there will be three models in the new series: Reno 7 SE, Reno 7 and Reno 7 Pro... The base one will receive a 6.43-inch AMOLED display, a Dimensity 900 chip, a triple camera with 48 MP + 2 MP + 2 MP, 8 GB of RAM, 128/256 GB of ROM, an expansion function, IPX4 protection and a 4500 mAh battery with a 33-watt charging. Reno 7 will feature a slim body, Snapdragon 778G processor, increased up to 65W charging and a triple camera with a 64MP main module. As for the top model Reno 7 Pro, it will boast a flagship Dimensity 1200-Max chip and a 50MP + 8MP + 2MP + 2MP camera.
