The number of active MIUI users has grown to 500 million per month

Xiaomi boasted of the historic achievement of MIUI proprietary software that powers Xiaomi, Redmi and POCO smartphones.

11 years after the announcement of MIUI, the number of active users of the firmware has reached 500 million per month. Over the past year, their number has grown by about 100 million.

The software debuted in late summer 2010. Only 100 people took part in the first beta testing program. Already in 2015, the number of users reached 100 million. The marks of 200 million and 300 million active users were overcome in 2018 and 2019, respectively.
