PC version of Stellaris got an add-on and free update

Paradox Interactive has released a new addition to the Stellaris strategy. It was named Aqatics Species. Thanks to the DLC, users will be able to get used to the role of one of the seafaring civilizations. The company also released a free update Herbert

The developers accompanied the release of the add-on with a short video with the songs of the sea in the background. New content  Aquatics Species :

• Marine cosmetics: portraits and appearance for ships.
• A couple of new hikes:

  • "Dragons live here" - the player's native system is guarded by the Heavenly Dragon, but he can attack "his own" if he is angry.
  • Underwater Paradise - the game will begin on a large, resource-rich planet, where the level of happiness, production and population growth will receive significant bonuses. However, the ability to find a habitable planet will be reduced.

• Civic model “Fishermen” - the work focuses on the marine industry: fishing and pearl hunting.
• Aspiration bonus "Hydrocentric" - equips the user with a weapon for the ear, causing a flood, and also opens a solution to increase the area of the seas on oceanic planets.
• The "Aquatic species" trait is a bonus for oceanic planets and penalties if the civilization does not live on humid planets.
• Aquoid advisor.
• 4 lists of names and titles associated with water.

The main innovations in update 3.2 Herbert are: 

• Correction of some bugs 
• Improving the performance and behavior of artificial intelligence
• Added more variety: 200 new star names, 4 asteroid-related anomalies, and more.
• The introduction of a new ship browser and the bombastic purists civilian model for humanoids.
