Source: Xiaomi 12X and Redmi K50 will enter the market with MIUI 13 skin, which will be based on the old version of Android OS

The specialists of the Xiaomiui portal "dig deeper" into the MIUI firmware code and found there information about two yet unannounced Xiaomi smartphones.

We are talking about the Xiaomi 12X models, codenamed Psyche and Redmi K50 (aka Poussin). According to the leak, both devices will ship out of the box with a new proprietary MIUI 13 interface, but they will receive the old version of the Android 11 operating system. The smartphones will be updated to Android 12 after the announcement. 

As for the characteristics, the new products are credited with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor. The devices will also receive a triple main camera. The Redmi K50 will have a 48MP Sony IMX582 sensor, while the Xiaomi 12X will have a 50MP Samsung ISOCELL GN5 sensor. The latest smartphone is also credited with a 6.28-inch screen with a frequency of 120 Hz and a 5000 mAh battery with 67-watt fast charging.

When the release of new products will take place - there is no official information. Rumor has it that smartphones will introduce at the end of December or early January.
