Honor 60 Pro on Snapdragon 778G + tested in Geekbench
December 1 will take place presentation of smartphones Honor 60 and Honor 60 Pro. The older model passed the performance test in Geekbench 5 software.
What is known
The main thing that we learned from the benchmark is the presence of a Snapdragon 778G + mobile processor. It has three clusters of cores: 4 x 1.8 GHz, 3 x 2.4 GHz, and 1 x 2.52 GHz. The regular Snapdragon 778G chip has a peak clock speed of 2.4GHz.
The performance test has been modified with 12 GB of RAM. Apparently, the Honor 60 Pro will appear on sale with the pre-installed Android 11 operating system out of the box. The result of the smartphone in the Single-Core and Multi-Core tests was 816 and 2971 points, respectively. Snapdragon 780G models are gaining about the same number, while solutions with Snapdragon 778G are 5% behind on average.
Recall that the Honor 60 Pro will be equipped with a 108-megapixel main camera, a curved OLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and a 50-megapixel front camera. Fast charging power will be still not 100 watts, but 66 watts. According to preliminary data, the Pro version will cost from $ 625...
