Schoolchildren from Texas have been mining digital currency during the summer holidays and came out with a monthly income of $ 64,000.

Ishan, 14, and his sister, Aanya, 9, live in Frisco, Texas with their parents. In April 2021, the guy started adding cryptocurrency, for which he retooled his Alienware gaming computer. Financial assistance was provided by parents who purchased all the necessary equipment.

For work, the company Flifer Technologies was officially created, which was registered to the father. The first earnings in April amounted to about $ 3, but in May the income increased hundreds of times and reached $ 1,000.

Initially, the children were mining the Ethereum cryptocurrency (price - $ 4,575), but as their earnings grew, they purchased GeForce RTX 3080 Ti graphics accelerators and Bitcoin mining equipment ($ 56,710). Also Aanya and Ishan are mining Ravencoin ($ 0.1053).

Now the video card fleet includes more than two hundred models. About half of them are flagship accelerators GeForce RTX 3090, which cost $ 2,500-3,000. In October, the income was about $ 64,000. At the same time, $ 5,000 had to be paid for electricity, and another $ 4,000 was spent on equipment maintenance.
