Huawei has unexpectedly unveiled its new proprietary processor in China.

What is known

The chip was named HiSilicon Hi3731V110 and will be installed in inexpensive smart TVs. SoC is built on architecture RISC-V. He got a 32-bit CPU, as well as a GPU for video processing.

The processor supports displays up to 1080p at 60Hz, as well as the proprietary Fast Launch LiteOS operating system. HiSilicon Hi3731V110 based TVs will have ports HDRMI with eARC, USB 2.0, S / PDIF, etc.

When to expect
