Old smartphone Redmi unexpectedly received firmware MIUI 13

The hot selling Redmi, announced in the summer of 2019, has suddenly added to the list of smartphones for which MIUI 13 will be available.

A fresh version of the software has become available for the Redmi Note 8 along with the December 20, 2021 update. It is based on the operating system Android 11. The release of MIUI 13 for the hero of the note means that Redmi Note 8 Pro will receive a software update. It is also logical to assume that more expensive smartphones of 2019 will switch to MIUI 13.

But whether the Chinese company plans to release the global MIUI 13 on the Redmi Note 8T is hard to say. The NFC model still hasn't even received MIUI 12.5 / MIUI 12.5 Enhanced.
