Official: Samsung to unveil flagship Exynos 2200 processor in early 2022
Samsung has been working on its flagship Exynos 2200 chip for a long time and now, finally, it became known when the new product will be released.
When to expect
According to the project manager of Samsung Electronics Chang Wan Kim (Chang Wan Kim), the processor will be presented in early 2022. Unfortunately, the exact date of the release of new items Kim did not reveal, but the SoC is likely to debut alongside the flagship Galaxy S22 line of smartphones in early February.
Recall that the Exynos 2200 will compete with the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 and Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chips. The novelty is credited with AMD graphics on the RDNA2 architecture, one Cortex-X2 core, three Cortex-A710 cores and four Cortex-A510 cores. The chip will support screens up to 144Hz and will receive a new 5G modem.
