Adobe Express now has artificial intelligence-based picture and text effects generation features

Adobe has begun rolling out AI-based features in Adobe Express, thanks to the company's Firefly generative AI model.

Here's What We Know

Adobe Express is designed to make content creation more accessible to those without professional design experience. It resembles platforms like Canva and Microsoft Designer, providing users with a set of templates for creating graphics and posters, editing videos, designing PDFs, and more.

In the latest version, Express users can generate images and text effects with prompts in more than 100 languages. Quick actions are also available in the app, such as automatically removing backgrounds and using sound to create simple character animations.

The desktop version of Express is currently available for free. A release on mobile devices is planned soon.

An extended version of Adobe Express Premium will cost users $9.99 per month.
