Microsoft launches Copilot AI assistant for Microsoft 365 with a paid subscription

From November 1, 2023, Copilot's AI assistant will be available in Microsoft 365 for business plan subscribers for a fee of $30 per month per user.

Here's What We Know

Copilot will allow business users to summarise documents or commission the creation of emails. It will also generate new drafts in Word based on other files or collect key points during Teams meetings.

In addition, the AI assistant will be able to explain its actions to the user in Excel upon the user's request.

The launch of Copilot follows shortly after the release of Google's Duet AI tools for Workspace with a similar price tag of $30 per month.
