Professional social network LinkedIn has announced several new artificial intelligence-based features for its recruiting, marketing and sales products.
Here's What We Know
The new Recruiter tool will allow HR professionals to formulate natural language search queries to find suitable candidates based on CVs. The utility will also be able to be used to create targeted adverts to find job seekers.
The LinkedIn Learning platform will get an AI-powered "virtual trainer". For now, its advice will be limited to tips on "soft skills" like delegating tasks. However, the tool's functionality will expand over time, the company promises.
In marketing, the Accelerate service will appear, which will simplify the creation and maintenance of advertising campaigns in LinkedIn by automating routine tasks.
For sales, the social network will add an AI search tool that will suggest relevant contacts and tips on communicating with them.
